The Details

Application Guidelines

To enter, you’ll need to submit a video. The details matter.

Your video must be 90 seconds or less. Not 91. If it goes over, it’s disqualified. Part of this competition is following direction and performing under constraints.

We don’t want a cinematic montage. We don’t need a music video. We want to hear from you. Tell us who you are. Tell us why you belong in this competition. Tell us what makes your work different. This event is live, fast-paced, and competitive. If you can’t hold our attention for 90 seconds on video, it’s going to be a long 10 minutes with everyone watching you.

Let your personality show. This isn’t about being polished. It’s about being YOU. We want to see how you think, how you communicate, and how you transform on camera. That’s what makes this fun.

Submit your video by March 23, 2026. No extensions. If you want it, make it happen.

If you’re selected, you’ll compete live at ShutterFest in front of our community, our judges, and a whole lot of photographers who would love to be in your shoes.

Deadline: March 23rd, 2026
