The Over 40 and Fabulous Project: Making money helping women rediscover just how sexy they really are

How do you separate yourself from all the other boudoir photographers around you, especially as the market is filling up with brand new boudoir photographers? Other than offering a discount, how do you move potential clients from “I might do a shoot someday” to “I’m ready”? Are you looking for a way to get more consistent boudoir bookings? Would you like for past clients to tell you how much their shoot with you changed the way they saw themselves and changed their relationships?
Society and especially the media traditionally portray women over 40 as no longer sexy. Its time to turn that image around.
Women over 40 are an awesome market for boudoir. Many are at a point where their kids are reaching adulthood and they are ready to start thinking about themselves again. They often have more money to spend than younger women. And many are at a point in life where they’re ready to try new things and worry less what someone else thinks of them.
In this class, we’ll cover:
• How to craft the perfect message to create demand and reach even those women who’ve never thought about doing a boudoir shoot.
• Ways to set your Over 40 boudoir sessions apart from everyone else’s “40 over 40” campaigns, and stop the “shopping around” by turning your project into a “cause.”
• Two key strategies we’ve used outside the “shoot and sell” process to attract women to the project and get them to refer their friends.
• How we’ve harnessed marketing automation to shoot 50+ sessions a year, while both still having day jobs.
This class is intended for intermediate to advanced photographers, and is geared towards photographers who already shoot boudoir. We will focus on how we market and sell the experience, not how we shoot the sessions.
